Answer:  Each E-Commerce entity should have following policies:

(1) Billing Policy:

Following issues to be considered in billing policy:

• Format of bill  
• The details to be shared in bills. 
•  Applicable GST.

(2)Product guarantee / warranty:

Proper display of product guarantee / warranty online as well as documents sent along with the products.

(3)Shipping Policy:

Processes with respect to shipping like time & frequency of shipping, packing at time of shipping etc. needs to be put in policy documents. This will ensure products are properly packed and timely shipped.

(4)Delivery Policy:

Processes with respect to delivery like time & mode of delivery time packing at time of shipping etc. needs to be put in policy documents.

(5)Return Policy: Good returns policies should include how long returns or exchanges are accepted, any limitations on returns or exchanges, the process for returning or exchanging goods, and how to contact the business about returns or exchanges.

(6)Payment Policy: Organization should create appropriate guidelines for accepting payment from customer. It should include acceptable payment methods, additional charges, if any, disclaimers, if payment processing is done at third party site etc.
